Shipping
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. As we grow as a business we will expand to more countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. To see more information about our Shipping policy, click here.
Processing time is approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on where you are located. If there are any anticipated delays, you will be updated via email.
Unfortunately, once orders leave our facility and are in the hands of the postal carrier, we do not have control or further information about your order outside the tracking number provided. For additional inquiries regarding the delivery status of your item, please contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items. Please choose carefully as we are not held responsible if you change your mind.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are available for exchange or return for store credit only. No refunds are permitted at this time. Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order. Items must be returned in original conditions, unused and unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.
To start a return or exchange:
- Log into your account or create an account with the email address used for your order.
- Initiate by clicking the "return request" button.
- Once your return request is accepted you will be invoiced for the return shipping and a label will be sent to you via email.
- Print your label and return to USPS. Exchanges will be sent out when your return arrives at the fulfillment center.
*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

Coastline Club does not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases.
Unfortunately, Coastline Club is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen.

Yes, our graphic tees are made to order and take 1-2 business days to prepare.
Coastline Club products are not for resale. If we suspect you are purchasing products for resale, we reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased or to refuse or cancel your order.

Please refer to the specific care instructions on your items. Each item specifies the exact wash and dry settings needed to prolong your items life!
